What this amendment would do

Mr. Bennet submitted this amendment to be proposed to another amendment on the bill H.R. 1.

It targets section 20004(b) of the text.
It removes the funding that was set aside to remain available until September 30, 2029, in the amount of $3,300,000,000 for grants and purchase commitments made pursuant to the Industrial Base Fund.
It replaces that money with $3,300,000,000 specifically for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative.
