The amendment strikes out the old subparagraphs (A) and (B) entirely.
It adds new rules stating that certain authority shall not apply across specific radio frequencies and users.
The specific areas added are between the frequencies of 3.1 gigahertz and 3.45 gigahertz, between the frequencies of 7.4 gigahertz and 8.4 gigahertz, and in any band of frequencies of which the Coast Guard is the primary user.
