Ms. Cantwell submitted amendment SA 2620 to add a certification requirement at the end of section 40002(c)(3) of the bill.
What It Aims to Change or Add
- It requires the Assistant Secretary, when conducting the analysis under subparagraph (A), to certify that reallocating any specific frequencies identified for commercial use would not negatively impact the primary mission of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
