Ms. Cantwell submitted this amendment to be proposed to another amendment to the bill H.R. 1.
The amendment aims to change section 309(j)(11) of the Communications Act of 1934 by striking subparagraphs (A) and (B) and inserting new text.

It adds rules stating that certain authority shall not apply between the frequencies of 3.1 gigahertz and 3.45 gigahertz.
It adds rules stating that certain authority shall not apply between the frequencies of 7.4 gigahertz and 8.4 gigahertz.
It adds rules stating that certain authority shall not apply in any band of frequencies where the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is the primary user.
