What this amendment would do

Ms. Cantwell submitted amendment SA 2618 to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 to the bill H.R. 1.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a certification requirement at the end of section 40002(c)(3) of the bill.

Adds a new certification requirement to the analysis conducted by the Assistant Secretary.
Requires the Assistant Secretary to certify that the reallocation of any specific frequencies identified for commercial use will not negatively impact the primary mission of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
