S.Amdt. 2601

Mr. Schiff, along with Ms. Hirono, submitted amendment SA 2601 to be proposed to another amendment. This was ordered to lie on the table.

The purpose of the amendment is to add a restriction on immigration enforcement at farms. Specifically, it aims to ensure that no funds provided under the title may be used by any Federal, State, or local agency to carry out an immigration enforcement operation at a farm unless they are executing a judicial warrant of a violent criminal.
