Appropriates necessary funds to the Director of the Bureau of Prisons for fiscal year 2025.
Takes these funds out of the amounts already appropriated to the Bureau of Prisons for staffing and recruitment, using money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Directs the funds toward continuing retention incentives and bonuses specifically for facilities that received them prior to March 2025.
