S.Amdt. 2542

This amendment was submitted by Mr. Lee.

Its purpose is to permanently extend the limitation on individual deductions for certain state and local taxes.

It aims to change the bill by striking section 70120 and inserting text that removes the expiration date of January 1, 2026, from section 164(b)(6).
