Strike section 10106: The amendment completely removes section 10106 from the text.
Change section 10301: The amendment strikes the original section 10301 and replaces it with updated language regarding reference prices under the Agricultural Act of 2014.
Adjust reference prices: Beginning with the 2025 crop year, the amendment changes the reference price for a covered commodity so that it equals the original reference price multiplied by 1.05.
