Mr. Kim submitted amendment numbered SA 2480 to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 to the bill H.R. 1.
Purpose and Changes
- The amendment adds a certification requirement to the end of section 40002(c)(3).
- It requires the Assistant Secretary, when conducting the analysis under subparagraph (A), to certify that the reallocation of any specific frequencies identified for commercial use will not negatively impact the primary mission of the Federal Aviation Administration.
