What this amendment would do

The amendment, submitted by Mr. Kim, states that if the Congressional Budget Office determines the Act would increase the number of children without nutrition assistance, the provisions or amendments of the Act become null and void.

It ensures the Act will then be applied and administered as if those provisions and amendments had never been enacted.
