Mr. Schiff submitted amendment SA 2469 to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 to the bill H.R. 1.

What It Aims to Change

The amendment adds a prohibition to section 50301(f) of the bill. It states that the Secretary may not dispose of any tract of covered Federal land if the Secretary receives a notice from the Governor of the State where that land is located stating that the Governor disapproves of the proposed disposal.
