Mr. Merkley submitted amendment SA 2452 to make specific cuts to section 90003 of the bill. Common sense tells us that when our elected officials put provisions in a bill, we need to know what is being removed so we can hold them accountable.

In section 90003(a), it strikes the words and family residential center capacity.
In section 90003(b), it strikes the first sentence.
In section 90003, it strikes subsection (c) entirely.
