Former Employees: Special Government employees associated with the Executive Office of the President who left service between January 2, 2024, and the date of enactment are prohibited from these activities for one year after their service ends.
-
Compliance and Penalties: Individuals currently in violation must comply within 90 days of enactment. Violations can lead to up to 5 years in prison and fines up to 3 times the value of any related earnings.
