It bans the use of money from the Defense Production Act of 1950 to fix up, upgrade, or repair any aircraft given as a gift by the Government of Qatar for the President to use.
It bans the use of that same money to support any business, project, or contract where the President or the President's family has a direct or indirect financial interest.
It requires the President to notify Congress within 15 business days if any money from this Act is spent.
