What It Aims to Change or Add
-
Point of Order: The amendment adds a new rule stating it shall not be in order in the Senate to consider any bill, joint resolution, motion, amendment, amendment between the Houses, or conference report that extends any tax cuts for individuals with income exceeding $1,000,000.
