What this amendment would do
- Ms. Rosen submitted amendment numbered SA 1411.
- It adds a new section to title III of the concurrent resolution.
- The purpose is to create a deficit-neutral reserve fund relating to protecting counternarcotics, counterterrorism, and cybersecurity efforts, as well as other security assistance to our allies and partners that support United States national security.
How It Changes the Bill
- It allows the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate to revise committee allocations, aggregates, and other appropriate levels in the resolution.
- It allows the Chairman to make adjustments to the pay-as-you-go ledger for bills, joint resolutions, amendments, amendments between the Houses, motions, or conference reports.
- These changes are for legislation relating to protecting counternarcotics, counterterrorism, and cybersecurity efforts and other security assistance to our allies and partners that support United States national security.
