What this bill would do

This bill is known as the Zeus 95 Memorial Act. It requires the Secretary of the Army to place a monument in Arlington National Cemetery. The monument will honor the crew members of Zeus 95 who were killed in action on March 12, 2026, during Operation Epic Fury. If an appropriate spot inside the cemetery cannot be found, the monument must be placed outside the entrance. The design must be approved by the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Air Force and put on a non-burial plot. Finally, the Secretary of the Air Force must agree to pay all costs for preparing the site, constructing, installing, and maintaining the monument.
