What this bill would do
This bill proposes the automatic establishment of Trump accounts for newborn children. It directs the Commissioner of Social Security to modify the Enumeration at Birth Program to collect necessary information. This information would then be sent to the Secretary of the Treasury or their delegate. Once received, the Secretary is required to establish a Trump account on behalf of each newborn. The definition of a Trump account is tied to section 530A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
