What this bill would do
The Precision Agriculture Cybersecurity Act requires the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Homeland Security to create a report assessing cyber-threats to precision agriculture technologies. This report must evaluate threats from foreign countries of concern and identify gaps in United States planning. Additionally, the Comptroller General must study how the Federal Government coordinates and collaborates on these cybersecurity issues. Both reports must be submitted to specific congressional committees and made available to the public.
