This bill is known as the Upper Price River Watershed Project Act of 2026. It directs the Secretary of the Interior to transfer about 124.23 acres of Bureau of Land Management land to the city of Price, Utah, if the city asks for it. The city must use this land for public purposes, which include building a reservoir and related infrastructure. The land can also be used to develop and expand infrastructure for public safety, transportation, or access to the reservoir.
