What this bill would do

The Expanding American Entrepreneurship Act seeks to amend the Investment Company Act of 1940. It increases the number of persons allowed in certain entities from 250 to 500. It also raises a financial threshold from $10,000,000 to $50,000,000 in section 3(c)(1) of the Act.
