What this bill would do
The Federal Government Spectrum Inventory Act requires the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to create an annual Federal Government Spectrum Use Report. This report must cover frequency bands from 225 megahertz to 50 gigahertz. It will include summaries of usage, frequency allocations, authorized assignments, and major systems using these bands. The report must also describe applicable future uses. While the report will be available on a public website, it will contain a classified annex.
