What this bill would do
This bill, known as the ``Brian Head Town Land Conveyance Act,'' directs the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer specific federal land to Brian Head Town, Utah. The land consists of approximately 24 acres located within the Dixie National Forest, including any existing improvements. The Secretary is required to convey all rights and interests in this land to the Town without consideration. The Town is intended to use this land for public safety infrastructure, public works facilities, or expanding public recreational access. Upon the transfer, the boundary of the Dixie National Forest will be modified. Additionally, the land may revert to the United States if the Secretary determines it is being used for unauthorized purposes.
