What this bill would do
The Investment Accelerator Act of 2025 creates the United States Investment Accelerator within the Department of Commerce. This office is designed to help investors navigate government regulations to speed up investments in the U.S. that are worth more than $1,000,000,000. Its goals include reducing regulatory burdens, increasing access to national resources, and facilitating research with national labs. The office will also coordinate the CHIPS Program Office and work with all 50 State governments to increase domestic and foreign investment.
