What this bill would do

This bill, known as the "Overturn Biden's Offshore Energy Ban Act," aims to cancel specific Presidential memoranda. These memoranda had withdrawn certain areas of the outer Continental Shelf from oil or natural gas leasing. The targeted areas include parts of the Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic, and Pacific. It also addresses withdrawals related to the Bering Sea areas. By passing this, the previously established withdrawals would have no force or effect.
