What this bill would do
The "Promoting Access to Recreation for Kids in Foster Settings Act," or "PARKS Act," is a bill that amends the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. Its purpose is to provide free annual passes to licensed foster families. These families must provide proof of eligibility as determined by the Secretary.
