What this bill would do
The Army Security Agency Monument Act requires the Secretary of the Army to place a monument in Arlington National Cemetery. This monument honors Army Security Agency veterans who served between 1945 and 1976 during World War II, the Korean conflict, the Vietnam era, and the Cold War era. If no space is available inside the cemetery, the monument will be placed outside the entrance. The design must be approved by the Secretary of the Army and the National Army Security Agency Association. Additionally, the National Army Security Agency Association must agree to pay for the site preparation, construction, installation, and maintenance of the monument.
