What this bill would do
This bill, titled the "No Aid for Illegal Entry Act," aims to restrict how certain federal funds are used. It prohibits non-governmental organizations from using federal money to provide legal services, housing, or transportation for individuals present in the U.S. without lawful status. The bill also restricts the Department of the Interior from managing or contracting for those same services, as well as migrant resettlement and immigration enforcement. However, an exception is made for services provided to minors. The restrictions apply to any funding agreements entered into on or after the date of enactment.
