What this bill would do
The PRICE Act establishes a manufactured housing community improvement grant program. This program allows the Secretary to award competitive grants to various eligible recipients for development or improvements in specific manufactured housing communities. These communities must be affordable to low- and moderate-income persons. Funds can be used for infrastructure, housing repair, replacement, planning, and resident services. The Secretary is instructed to prioritize projects that benefit low-income residents and maintain long-term affordability.
