What this bill would do
The Small Business Transportation Investment Act of 2025 directs the Administrator of General Services to create a pilot program for small businesses. This program allows covered small businesses providing ground transportation to purchase vehicles through Federal supply schedules at cost. These businesses can access the same selection pool as entities under specific titles of the United States Code. To participate, businesses must use the vehicles for ground transportation for at least two years. The program also requires a donation of one out of every five vehicles to a local nonprofit after they are no longer used for service. The pilot program is set to expire three years after enactment.
