What this bill would do

This program allows certified air traffic controllers to access the flight deck of participating aircraft during flights. The goal is to familiarize controllers with the onboard requirements experienced by flight crews. Participation depends on management approval and staffing needs. The FAA Administrator must also report the program's results and barriers to Congress.
