What this amendment would do

SA 6532, submitted by Mr. Risch, is an amendment to bill S. 4784.

The purpose of this amendment is the removal of Venezuela from countries of concern.

It aims to change the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development Act of 2018 by:

  • Striking subparagraph (A) of Section 1402(3).
  • Redesignating subparagraphs (B) through (G) as subparagraphs (A) through (F).
