What this amendment would do

SA 6314, submitted by Mr. Moran and Mr. Schiff, aims to add a new section to title I of bill S. 4784.

The purpose of this amendment is to require the Secretary of the Army to provide a report to the congressional defense committees.

  • The report must be submitted no later than 120 days after the Act is enacted.
  • The report must include an analysis of the rationale for the divestiture of Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigades.
