What this amendment would do

SA 6132, submitted by Mr. Murphy, aims to add a prohibition to bill S. 4784.

The purpose of this amendment is to stop aircraft provided by the Government of Qatar to the United States Air Force from being transferred from the executive airlift fleet to any individual or entity, such as a Presidential library.

It also ensures these aircraft are not made available for the personal use of any President, their family members, or their associates, regardless of whether the Presidential term has concluded.
