What this amendment would do

SA 6076, submitted by Mr. Van Hollen, aims to add a section to title XI of bill S. 4784.

The purpose of this amendment is to prohibit the use of any funds authorized or available for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2027 to do the following:

  • Implement Executive Order 14251 (relating to exclusions from Federal labor-management relations programs).
  • Implement any related policy or guidance.
