What this amendment would do

SA 6057, submitted by Mr. Scott of South Carolina, is an amendment to bill S. 4784.

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Defense Production Act of 1950.

  • Striking the date September 30, 2025.
  • Inserting the date December 31, 2027.
