What this amendment would do

SA 6029, submitted by Mr. Cornyn, Mr. Fetterman, and Mr. Cruz, aims to change how reports on depot-level maintenance limitations are handled.

The purpose of this amendment is to modify Section 2466(d)(1) of title 10, United States Code. It adds a requirement for the data regarding percentages from each Defense Agency to be:

  • Disaggregated by each depot-level maintenance and repair facility of the Department of Defense.
