What this amendment would do

The purpose of this amendment is to make Ashli Babbitt ineligible for military funeral honors under section 985 of title 10, United States Code.

It aims to add a section to title X stating that she is disqualified from these honors due to her illegal actions during the January 6, 2021 insurrection, which included crawling through a broken window of a barricaded door leading to the House Speaker's Lobby.
