What this amendment would do

  • This restriction applies to the interpretation described in the notice titled "Supplemental Notice Concerning U.S. Department of Energy Interpretation of High-Level Radioactive Waste" (84 Fed. Reg. 26835), or any successor notice.
  • This limitation specifically concerns waste located in the State of Washington.
