Appropriate $2,000,000,000 to the Attorney General for fiscal year 2026.
Provide these funds to carry out the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program.
Ensure the money remains available until September 30, 2029.
Prohibit any of these funds from being used for or transferred to the Anti-Weaponization Fund or any successor fund.
