What this amendment would do

SA 5744, submitted by Mr. Schiff, is an amendment to another amendment (SA 5453) for bill S. 2.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a new section, Sec. 204, which prohibits the use of funds from the Act by Department of Homeland immigration officials to:

Receive ballot boxes
Possess ballot boxes
Seize ballot boxes
Access ballot boxes
Obtain ballot boxes
Otherwise have custody of any ballot box
