What this amendment would do

SA 5743, submitted by Mr. Schiff, is an amendment to amendment SA 5453 regarding bill S. 2.

The purpose of this amendment is to add Section 204, which prohibits the use of funds from this Act by Department of Homeland immigration officials to provide the following for local law enforcement agencies at or near polling sites:
