The purpose of this amendment is to add a section called "THE TEYANA GIBSON BROWN PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO ENTER THE HOMES OF AMERICANS WITHOUT JUDICIAL WARRANTS."

It aims to change the bill by ensuring that:

No funds available under the Act can be used to enter the home of any American without a judicial warrant, unless there are exigent circumstances.
