The purpose of this amendment is to add a section called THE MARIMAR MARTINEZ PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT INVOLVE DEADLY FORCE AGAINST NON-VIOLENT PROTESTORS.

It aims to change the bill by adding a restriction on funding:

None of the funds available under the title can be used for activities involving the use of deadly force against non-violent protestors.
