The purpose of this amendment is to prohibit the Anti-Weaponization Fund from providing any form of relief for claims where a cause of action was established under section 213 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2026.
The Anti-Weaponization Fund was created as part of the settlement agreement in the case Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, No. l:26-cv-20609 (S.D. Fla.).
