What this amendment would do

The purpose of this amendment is to prohibit payments from the Anti-Weaponization Fund (announced by the Department of Justice on May 18, 2026) to specific people.

Payments are banned for any individual convicted of voter fraud or election fraud offenses.
These offenses must have been committed during the presidential administration of Donald J. Trump.
