What this amendment would do

SA 5559, submitted by Mr. Peters, aims to replace section 104 of amendment SA 5453 to bill S. 2.

The purpose of this change is to provide funding for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Specifically, it proposes to:
