What this amendment would do

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Terminate the Anti-Weaponization Fund that was established by the Attorney General on May 18, 2026.
Stop any payments from being made into any fund that is substantially similar to the Anti-Weaponization Fund starting on the date the Act is enacted.
