SA 5486, submitted by Ms. Baldwin, is an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 to bill S. 2.

The purpose of this amendment is to transfer $14,270,000,000 from the amounts made available to the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under section 202 to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

This funding is intended to be used to carry out the Head Start Act.
